We are proud to introduce the legendary Yaguno Soba. It uses independently produced and milled high-quality soba flour from Yaguno area, located in Kyoto. These fine noodles, with a thickness of just 1.2mm, are made solely from Yaguno-grown soba flour, locally sourced wheat flour, and salt. They are as smooth as somen noodles, offering a pleasant mouthfeel and the delightful aroma of soba.

We recommend serving them cold with dipping sauce, adding citrus flavors like lemon or yuzu to the broth. Dashi broth is also a great addition. 

This set makes 8 full meals! The dipping sauce is included.
